She works collaboratively with clients, honoring their unique strengths and knowledge, while tailoring services to fit the particular concerns of each person she serves. She is committed to providing respectful, skillful and responsive care with genuine warmth and compassion, mindfulness, humility and humor.

Anne integrates research based mindfulness and interpersonal neurobiology into her practice. Both conceptual frameworks enable us to create a deeper and more compassionate understanding of who we are, how particular difficulties in our life affect us as they do, and how our patterns in our relationships develop. Such insight, self awareness and compassion for ourselves and those we love, allows us to honor and foster our innate, resilient capacity to come through great difficulties and make courageous and lasting changes within ourselves, our lives and our most important relationships – even if those changes seem initially daunting, require leaving behind old patterns that have long held us stuck, or have haunted us by painful memories.
