Wise Blossom Guide
Hyaluronic Acid for Midlife Skin
I tested multiple hyaluronic acid products as a woman over 50 navigating skin changes from declining estrogen. As estrogen declines, our skin holds less water, produces fewer lipids, and becomes more fragile and reactive. This guide breaks down what actually matters so you can choose what works for your skin. All of these are GREAT products. I only tested the best. Xx Liz

My Personal Approach
What I’m using for my skin right now: Iris & Romeo spray + Hydrinity in the morning and at night for hydration and calming. If you’re OK with investing in more expensive skincare, definitely get the Hydrinity!
I also use Merit Glow Serum morning and night- I LOVE IT.
Iris & Romeo gets my skin damp for application and preps the skin. Hydrinity gives me a clinical level for my aging skin. Merit is great for any time of the day and I always get compliments on my skin. When that dries, I layer in my Doctor Rogers Moisturuzer.
