NEW Fertility Nutrition Class at Blossom!

When trying to conceive, what you eat matters. You can boost your fertility naturally through a nutrient-dense, real food, balanced diet personalized to you. We (Anna & Megan of Alavita Nutrition) are here to teach you how.

Both registered dietitian nutritionists, we met while working at OHSU. We later joined forces to start Alavita, dedicated to helping women like you achieve healthy pregnancies.

Join us in this interactive workshop focused on teaching you the essentials of what to eat for improved fertility. Whether this is your first step in preparing for pregnancy or you’ve been at it for a long time, this class is for you.

You will learn about building up your nutrient stores to replete deficiencies, achieving a body weight to support your goals, balancing your blood sugar and stabilizing your reproductive hormones – all through eating good food.

We’ll focus on the most important prenatal nutrients, our favorite fertility foods and how to choose the best prenatal vitamins and supplements.

The class will be small and welcoming, creating a safe place for you to share your story and ask all your questions. As health professionals in the baby-making years ourselves, we are excited to support you. We offer trustworthy information, based in the current medical research, our years of coaching women like you and our personal experience.

This 90 Minute class will be held three times this summer at Blossom Clinic:

  • Monday July 16th 6:30-8:00pm
  • Thursday August 16th 6:30-8:00pm
  • Friday September 14th 4:00-5:30pm

Cost is $50 and couples are welcome. Space is limited.
